Firstlogic offers Mover I.D.™ option to organizations using
Postalsoft® Business Edition™ software

LA CROSSE, Wis., March 28, 2005 – Firstlogic, Inc., a global provider of commercial mail and information quality software solutions, announced today that its Mover I.D. option is available to organizations that have licensed the company’s Postalsoft Business Edition mailing software system.

This option is available for licensing immediately for mailers seeking United States Postal Service® (USPS®) end-user or limited service provider certification for the NCOALink™ program. For certified organizations, Mover I.D. provides a direct link to USPS change-of-address data for the preceding 18 months. With this new capability, mailers and service providers can perform both address cleansing and Move Update processing in a single pass.

Postalsoft Business Edition clients also have the option of using an existing electronic file exchange to Lorton Data, a full-service NCOALink licensee, for change-of-address processing. Lorton Data, which uses the Mover I.D. option in Firstlogic’s Postalsoft® Professional Edition software, has access to USPS change-of-address information for the most recent 48 months.

DATAMATX chooses Firstlogic Mover I.D.™ solution to take advantage of USPS® NCOALink™ Program

DATAMATX selects Firstlogic technology to keep up with customers “on the move.”

La Crosse, Wis., November 16, 2004 - Firstlogic, Inc., a global provider of commercial mail and information quality software solutions, today announced that DATAMATX, Inc. has licensed the firm’s Mover I.D. solution to meet new USPS® (United States Postal Service®) NCOALink program requirements as a provider of “change-of-address” processing for its customers. The USPS began offering this improved Move Update program on October 1, 2003, as a reliable, secure alternative to the National Change of Address (NCOA) and FASTforward® programs. NCOALink offers an expanded set of move information and improved matching capabilities. As a Limited Service Provider, DATAMATX’s customers have the most accurate, up-to-date address information available.
