Satori Software, Inc. has completed the transition from FASTforward to NCOALink(TM) effective today for its Move Updating services

SEATTLE, WA, October 1, 2001. - Satori Software was granted an NCOALink Limited Service Provider License by the United States Postal Service in the Spring of 2004. By becoming a licensed Limited Service Provider, Satori Software now offers this next generation USPS change-of-address data through its Bulk Mailer 5 and MailRoom ToolKit product lines. Each offers real-time move update processing of address lists using the most current release of USPS NCOALink data.

NCOALink is technology developed by the USPS to improve mailers' ability to update addresses with the latest change-of-address information. With the higher level of data encryption provided by this new platform, a much broader range of mailers will be able to process and update mailing lists using this secure data storage technology.

Since completing the USPS certification process, Satori Software has offered NCOALink data through its Bulk Mailer 5 and MailRoom ToolKit software series while maintaining the FASTforward service during a transition period of several months. FASTforward has now been discontinued. Both Satori product lines are designed for easy integration with existing databases or other applications and avoid the hassles of constantly exporting and importing data. Move updating occurs via the Internet - with real-time processing - directly from within an address database.

New Add-ons available for Bulk Mailer 5
Satori Software announces several new Add-ons that are available for Bulk Mailer 5 beginning with the April/May issue. The Geocode Add-on returns latitude and longitude data during the address correction process. A new query has been added to the Groups Wizard that allows records to be selected based on a defined radius from an origin ZIP Code. The Residential Delivery Indicator (RDI) Add-on provides an interface to the USPS RDI data to flag whether or not an address is residential. The LACSLink Add-on allows for the newly converted LACS addresses to be returned during the address correction process.

New Features announced for Bulk Mailer 5
Beginning with the April/May release, an extensive list of new features will be available in Bulk Mailer 5. This edition marks a major upgrade to the product with new features numbering in the dozens. Among the key features are: a new Power Wizard mode that allows a single screen set up for experienced users; greatly increased speed for address correction processing; user defined fields can now be renamed; the product can automatically check for live updates via the Internet; mailing reports can be saved and reprinted; a completely re-written presort engine has been implemented, creating quicker processing while allowing for extended features and new sorts; a new report engine has been implemented, creating additional features and capabilities; N-Order, Z-Order and Cut-Stack Order have been added to the print output options; and many other new features have been added to Bulk Mailer 5 that enhance the user experience.

USPS Certifies the Satori Software NCOALink Interface
The United States Postal Service has certified Satori Software? Move Update Server as an approved NCOALink·interface. NCOALink represents new USPS technology designed to create easier access to the USPS change-of-address database. Users who wish to set up their own, in-house NCOALink system are required to use a USPS-certified interface to the NCOALink data. Satori Software has been certified as a Limited Service Provider as well as an End-User for their Move Update Server. Move Update Server works seamlessly with the MailRoom ToolKit integrated software series as well as the Bulk Mailer 5 desktop series.

Potlatch 2004, Satori Software's annual reseller conference, a big success!
Satori Software resellers from near and far gathered in Seattle in late September for Satori's annual reseller conference - Potlatch, 2004.
